Mending Broken Hearts Training

Purpose:

Train facilitators to implement this video-based curriculum in their communities.  Facilitators will be confident in developing the capacity of the community to heal from unresolved grief and the losses created by the legacy of Historical and Intergenerational Trauma, especially the effects of the Boarding School.

24 Continuing Education Hours are available through NAADAC with this training.

Warrior Down/Recovery Coach Training

Purpose: Train facilitators to implement this curriculum, which provides a relapse prevention and recovery support program for Native Americans who are completing treatment, returning to the community from incarceration, or who have been working on their recovery journey using traditional method or 12 Step methods and who wish to provide support to others experiencing the same.

Purpose: Train facilitators to implement this video-based curriculum in their communities.  The Medicine Wheel and 12 Step program was developed to provide a culturally appropriate 12 Step program for Native American people.  This program was developed by White Bison, Inc. based on the Teachings of the Medicine Wheel, Cycle of Life and the Four Laws of Change.

Daughters of Tradition I and II

Purpose: Trains facilitators to implement this curriculum which provides a prevention education program that will enable youth (ages 8-17) to create healthy identities for themselves as young Native women. Designed to coincide with the school year and other weekly programs, plus it can extend over the summer months.

Wellbriety and Celebrating Families!TM

Purpose:

Through a collaborative effort with the National Association for Children of Alcoholics, the Wellbriety Movement is please to present Wellbriety and Celebrating Families!TM  This exciting evidence-based program provides Native communities with the opportunity to implement a program for healing families affected by alcohol and drug abuse, that recognizes and incorporates traditional cultural teachings and practices.  The facilitator implementation manual and training videos provide a framework of Wellbriety teachings that support the Celebrating Families!TM curriculum.
